These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GradifyAI. By using GradifyAI, you agree to these terms.

Use of Service

GradifyAI provides educational tools for Gradify Assignments, AI-assisted drafting, code execution, GradifyAI Assignment Checker, grading workflows, attendance workflows, analytics, and generated documents. You are responsible for how you use generated, checked, or processed content.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate information when signing in or connecting third-party services. You are responsible for keeping your account and connected services secure.

Google Services

If you connect Google services, you authorize GradifyAI to access the Google data needed for the features you choose to use. You can revoke access through your Google Account permissions.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, type, generate, or process through GradifyAI. You grant GradifyAI permission to process that content to provide the service.

Academic Responsibility

GradifyAI is a productivity, assignment-checking, and education tool. Users must follow school, university, workplace, and academic integrity rules. AI-generated or AI-checked work should be reviewed, edited, and submitted only where permitted.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use GradifyAI for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not misuse the service to harm, impersonate, or deceive others.

Third-Party Services

GradifyAI may depend on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, file processing, analytics, messaging, and other infrastructure. Their terms and policies may also apply.

No Warranty

GradifyAI is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every academic or professional use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GradifyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, grades, revenue, or reputation arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of GradifyAI after updates means you accept the revised terms.
